FASHIONETO

How awkward. I said in my last post I'll be binge posting but that never happened. I think what happened was when I was waiting for the pictures to upload I was getting kind of sleepy? I think that day I had an 8 hour early morning shift. I was probably exhausted and fell asleep right after I posted the pictures up. ANYWAYS, before I go to sleep I wanted to do a post that I was meaning to do earlier. Like 3 weeks ago.

Usually I check my email at least everyday and I found this interesting email in my inbox! I got emailed by a man name Ondrej Winter, the founder/CEO of Fashioneto. Fashioneto is a social network website that connects people who are interested in fashion and want to share their passion and meet others who are just as passionate. It is also a website where you can purchase clothes of different styles based on the people you interact with! As of now the website is still under some construction since they are in the beta stage of developing.
At first I thought this email was sort of like a prank? However I got this feeling that I should reply which I did and I assure you all this is not a joke! This is a real website and Ondrej is a pretty cool guy! I have the opportunity to try Fashioneto and meet other people who kind of have a thing for fashion, like me!
What I'm expecting out of this experience is to meet a variety of people who deal with their own sense of fashion and how this whole process of purchasing based on personalities and inspiration!

I am really stoked to try Fashioneto and I am also very honoured that Ondrej personally asked me to be part of his "team." (I had no better word for that!)

I could probably go on and on about how psyched and ecstatic that I am about being part of this but I'll save it when I get to test it for myself! I'll be sure to blog about it and update you lovelies!
When the time comes for Fashioneto to be open to everyone I hope you all take the opportunity to try it out! It looks very promising :)!

you can visit the website to learn more about him!
oh and like the Facebook page!

Random Outfits?

I told you my next post would involve an outfit video. What I didn't say was that it's pretty damn random. The landscape of the videos aren't consistent and the names of the outfits I given them are kind of weird. Oh well at least I'll have more space on my phone now that three videos are gone!

Song: Moments - Giraffage

Something Girly
Tan Spring Jacket - XXI
Basic White Tee - H&M
Floral Pink n' Orange Skirt - Zara
Knock Off Birkenstock Sandals - Walmart
Retro Sunnies - XXI
Reptile Texture Purse - H&M

I don't know why I called this "Something Girly"
It was probably the skirt.

The Odd One
Black with Cream Floral Button Up - Salvation Army
Charcoal Crop Top - H&M
"Ashy" Denim Shorts - Salvation Army
Brown Vintage Loafers - XXI
Reptile Texture Purse - H&M

I really suck at explaining the article of clothes I am wearing.
Black with cream floral button up? Like say what?
Oh and "Ashy"???
Oh well, at least you guys can sort of tell what I'm saying... right!?

Vintage Sun
Navy Zip Up - (My Brother's)
Gray Sleeveless Button Up - Salvation Army
Black Harem Pants - XXI
Knock Off Birkenstock Sandals - Walmart
Retro Sunnies - XXI

I feel like this is what my mum would wear back then, I guess that's why I called it vintage.
The sun in the name was because of the weather.
(I was kind of burning if I recall)
(Why was I wearing that? I was indoors the whole day!)

I hope you lovelies enjoyed this video =)!
Ciao for now <3

Collective Haul

#Pam
HELLO LOVELIES,
Long time no blog eh? I know I apologize! Work, School and Volunteer had me swamped! Even if I wanted to blog I couldn't because I was lacking the energy! I was pretty much out every day of the week either working, going to school, at the gym/working out, or hanging out with my friends
I now have time so I decided to change up my hauls and film them!
PS THIS VIDEO IS POORLY EDITED! And yes I am using my iPad camera.

This video is really long. I think it was because I kept going off topic and saying irrelevant stuff.
By the way this haul video was supposed to be posted a long time ago, but it's here now!
Pastel-Mermaid: Jolen Product
ToThe9s
Stores
H&M
XXI
Winners
Yoko Yaya
I'll see y'all around!
I'll try to post daily however school and work has me swamped!

Fashion Inspiration

I'm glad I woke up before midnight! I try my best not to miss a day from blogging. Today was my first day back in school for this Summer Semester. I was a bit tired so I decided to take a nap. A seven hour nap, hooray. Anyways today is Fashion Thursday and here I'm going to share with you all on how I started getting interested in fashion.
It was all thanks to a duo called ClothesEncounters. As of now it is only Jen who is doing it, however I got into when Jen and Sarah were doing it together! Their fashion sense was absolutely flawless to me and I was quite amaze on how they pulled off so many styles. What's even better is that most of their clothes came from their local thrift stores. This was very reassuring because the amount of items they found at thrift store gave me the courage to look and the motivation when shopping at my own local thrift store. They were also not limited to just Thrift Stores, they wore whatever they wanted and whatever they liked. That was a big goal for me to achieve because I was so worried on wearing the right clothes. With their helpful tips and watching countless of their fashion videos I found myself getting interested in fashion. (ClothesEncounters were one of the many YouTubers that made me decide to post my outfits/make up ideas).

This was the very first video that I saw from ClothesEncounters.
Anyways ClothesEncounters definitely improved over the years although I really miss Sarah, however Jen is still awesome and I love her!
That's it for Fashion Thursdays!
See you later on Relationship Fridays =)

OUTFIT OF THE DAY 5/2/2014

Hello lovelies!
First of all let me apologize once again. I know I made this whole announcement of having a scheduled post and don't get me wrong I was going to follow through with that plan, however my internet has been pretty crappy lately so I've been relying on my 500mb data! Despite my internet not working I also had to run errands and work so I absolutely had no time to do it earlier. I always do my post later on in the day just so I don't miss out on anything but that's when my internet usually goes wonky. Anyways enough with the explanation and let's get down to business(to defeat... the HANS! Mulan?).
Since I did miss out on Video Wednesday, Fashion Thursday AND Relationship Fridays I have combined Video Wednesdays and Fashion Thursday together! I'll be posting in a separate post for Relationship Friday, because that post contains A LOT of pictures!

March Favourites!

Seriously where are the days going? One minute it's March now it is April! Well since it's April you know what that means... March Favourites!
This post is another short one only because I barely used any new products! This monthly favourites are a bit diverse because most of these items rarely fall under beauty, but that's okay! Your favourite things don't have to be beauty. It could be food, clothes, drinks, shows etc.
St.Ives Green Tea Scrub - $8
St.Ives Green Tea Cleanser - $6
As mentioned in my review for these two products they are the absolute bomb dot com.
They smell so heavenly, they get rid of acne and redness, also they are pretty cheap!
St.Ives' products will always be my favourites!
I'm enjoying their combination together! It works well on my skin leaving it feeling fresh and clean!

Glysomed Hand Cream - $2
I owned this for a long time actually and I'm just starting to use it again.
I got this when it was on sale. I thought it would be great to try it out since most of my friends recommended it to me.
I'm starting to re-love this product! The way it feels on my hand is incredibly soft and makes me want to rub my hands together all day! LOL.
It doesn't really have a scent, although my brother begs to differ.
I just love the way it feels and besides nobody wants to have dry hands!

Multi-Diamond Circle Earrings from Ardenes - (part of  the 3 for $10)
I find myself wearing these every time I go out!
I just love the way it looks and the fact that it's multi-diamond gives it an elegant look to it!
Super easy to pair it with any of my outfits and doesn't stand out too much when I tie my hair in a pony tail or bun.

Green Plaid - AEO $16
This is basically my go to cover on/cardigan whatever you want to call it!
I know this isn't really a cardigan but I wear it like it is one.
It's starting to get a tad bit warmer and I really like to wear something light and this is what I settle for.
I remember the first time I saw this I had to buy it.
It pretty much finds its way to be part of my outfits here and then!
I probably wore this over 20x in the month of March!

Have A Nice Day Planner/Journal - Gift
I was cleaning out my drawer and I found this.
This was given to me on one of my birthdays from Michelle D and Patrick I believe. I may be wrong though.
When I found this I thought to myself: "maybe its a good idea to write things down."
I was really disorganized in the week that I found this journal and ever since I've written in it I became organized and a lot more enthusiastic about school.
(to be quite honest this semester totally sucks and I'm not doing well in it but I'm getting back on my feet).
I'm carrying this journal everywhere I go and I write all my ideas in it!
Despite its obnoxious smiley faces plastered in each page and of course the cover I kind of like it.
Reminds me that I should still smile, no matter what. (I know, cheesy eh?).

All Bran Honey Nut Bar - Superstore $9(pack of 24)
I have literally been munching on these ever since I got it!
It's so delicious and it's healthy for you which makes it a bonus!
I absolutely adore the "All Bran" line from Kellogg's.
Oh and I guess fibre is cool too. I mean a healthy colon is a happy person... Right?

I saved my absolute favourite for last!
Ever since I finished playing Stick of Truth I find myself watching South Park episodes.
Doesn't matter if I watched the episode 10x or 20x, to me it never gets old.
Gosh, bless Trey and Matt for making this show.
I love how they don't have a limitation on what they make fun of.
That's what makes the show genuine and awesome.
I hope y'all enjoyed this post!
I know it's doesn't focus on beauty but really I didn't have time to try out the new things I bought!
Hopefully some of the products that I bought last month will make it to my April Favourites!
Till next time lovelies

Styling My Outfits

So sorry to Lucy because this post took a really long time to do! I want to apologize to you hun because I wasn't able to post this right away!
Anyways as requested of her in my request post I am sharing to you lovelies how I style an outfit!
Here is an example that I will use to show you lovely people how I style my outfits.
I'm wearing just a basic White Tee that I got from H&M.
For my bottoms I wore my Boyfriend Jeans from XXI.
This outfit is easily to accessorize and make it more stylish!

For this outfit I would wear my mid rings!
The two gold mid rings I got are from Aldo!
These rings pretty much go with any outfits and make your fingers look awesome!
The black ring is also from Aldo and I thought I would choose a ring that stands out!
Wearing rings can add a sense of style to your outfit and it's a great accessory!

Of course I have to wear my arm candy with this outfit! Since it is so basic!
Starting with my side of the left hand I decided to wear my Michael Kors watch!
This MK watch is so easy to wear with any outfits because the watch itself is plain and basic.
But also a bit classy!
For my right hand I just grabbed any random gold bracelets to compliment the watch and my outfit!

Here is my final outfit!
I threw on my Black Long Cardigan from H&M!
This just adds some warmth and serve as my "coat"
It also goes really well with my outfit because of the neutral colours I'm wearing!
I'm also wearing my Gold Chain Necklace from Value Village!
This just adds with my gold accessories!
Finally for my purse I chose my Steve Madden purse!
If you guys are wondering what shoes I would wear with this I would probably wear my White Converse or my White Keds!
The colour scheme I was focusing on was: Black, White, Blue and Gold!
What helps me style my outfit is first picking it out of course. I start from what I want to wear as my bottoms and then I pick an appropriate top to match the bottom!
Depending on the colours of my outfit is how I determine which accessories I'll wear!
You can turn any plain basic outfit like the first picture and then make it stylish by adding bracelets, necklaces, earrings! Even the type of purse/bag you choose can make a difference!
Finally if you still feel like your outfit is lacking some style you can change it by adding a cardigan or a stylish jacket! I chose to wear my long black cardigan to add some style to it! And to keep my personality with my outfit ;)!
Don't forget you can also add hats to tie your outfits together! I find myself wearing toques or boy's caps to make my outfit reflect on who I am!
I hope you guys enjoyed this post. I hope it was helpful? I don't really know if it did anything but this is how I style my outfits :)!
Till next time lovelies<3

Grunged Rose

Yesterday I went for some Japanese AYCE (All You Can Eat) with two of my good friends!
Too bad I couldn't take any pictures of the food, that's how hungry I was.
Here is what I wore out!
Grungy
Black Toque - XXI $5
Denim with Heather Sleeves - XXI $40
Green and White Plaid - American Eagle Outfitters
Charcoal Sweater - XXI $10
Leggings - Suzy Shier (gift)
Brown Combat Boots - Call It Spring $40

An ideal outfit to eat and give some leeway for my "food baby" LOL.
Something about this outfit oozes out a grunge style.
Maybe it's just me but the whole plaid paired with denim.
I honestly didn't know where I was going with this, all I knew is that I wanted to be warm.
Layering is a must here in Canada!
I was quite warm and my leggings allowed for some thermal regulation without me being too warm or too cold!

When I got home I decided to paint my nails since they finally grown to a length which I'm happy about.
Revlon 161 - Teak Rose
I would've painted a brighter colour but the weather has been off and on.
It's not really that dark nor it is lighter than shown in the picture.
I kinda like it because it can go well with any of my outfits.

Till next time lovelies<3

Flowers and Capes

Afternoon lovelies!
How long has it been since I blogged? Probably more than a week!
I'm sorry, I thought I would've been able to blog on Wednesday but I was swamped with a ton of work and other things!
Anyways I'm here now and I want to start off with an OOTDs post! This is just a compilation of my previous outfits in the last couple days!

Here's an overview of all my outfits
I just noticed I repeated some of my clothes in different days.
That's okay though. LOL.

Bring Me Back To Them Days
Oversized Collar Denim - XXI $40
Floral Dress - XXI $5
Black Tights - Sears $5
Vintage Brown Loafers - XXI $5

WOW! I didn't realize almost everything I'm wearing is from XXI!
WOW. Again, how ironic!
The title for this outfit is quite long but I felt when I was wearing this that I was from the 70's mixed with the 90's just because of the flowers and denim compiled into one.

Denim Capes
Maroon Cat Eye Sunglasses with Gold Tips - H&M $7
Oversized Denim Collar - XXI $40
Cream Basic Dress - H&M $10
Black Long Cardigan - H&M $20
Tights - H&M $2
Black Ankled Booties - $10

I bought this cardigan when we went shopping and put it on.
It was on sale for 20!
I asked if it looked okay and he said
"It looks like you're wearing a cape"
When he said that I was happy.
Something about long cardigans or long jackets makes me feel awesome.
OH! And I have more pictures but that'll be in a different post! :)

Black on Black
Black Toque - XXI $5
Black Retro Sunglasses - XXI $8
Black Long Cardigan - H&M $20
Charcoal Top - H&M $4
Black Skirt - XXI $10
Black Tights - Sears $5
Black Ankled Booties - XXI $10

Another outfit that goes back and forth with XXI and H&M
I know my wardrobe consists of those two stores but that's because their clothes are affordable.
Oddly enough the weather was sunny and I chose to wore black.
It was probably because I didn't feel like going to school that day!

I know I said I'd do a SKIN CARE video and don't fret it will be coming up shortly!
Sorry for the delay!

Au Revoir Lovelies<3

LATE HAUL!

I know I'm so bad at keeping track on what I need to post but this is yet another late post! I said you guys can expect a "purchase" post or what some people call it: a haul! This haul contains purchases from last week of January to March 1st! Most of my items that I bought are dedicated to the upcoming warm seasons such as Spring and Summer! So brace yourself, this post is quite long :)!

SHOES
Chunky Strap Platform Sandals - Zara $60
I know they're a bit dirty at the top because I wore them on Saturday at a dinner with my girl friends.
We walked on chalky pavement to burn our food babies LOL.
I'm absolutely in love with these chunky sandals.
I saw a similar pair at Little Burgundy and it was $100.
This was a long time ago and since then I was trying to find a similar style and this one shows up!
The thing that I absolutely love about these are the straps!
I have been collecting chunky shoes and I'm going to admit my ankle gives in sometimes.
The wedges are so hollow inside that it can make anyone wobble and stumble.
The straps on these sandals prevent the wobbling and flinches of falling!
(Although I did trip on some rocks which could ultimately explain the chalk on the tip of the sandal)

Brown Slip Ons - H&M $3
Yeah the red stickers are the mark down price!
I hate when H&M does that, it's so hard to peel it off.
You guys can probably see the strings wrapped around my ankles.
This just secures my foot in the slip ons because they're actually one size up.
I just had to get them.
What I did was cut up one of my cat's cradle string and just use it for my ankles!
These will be perfect to wear in the Spring and Summer!

Chunky Shiny Heel Wedges - H&M $3
Can you guys believe the price?! This was originally $50!!
Again these heels are one size up but I know I'm probably going to wear thick socks with these or even layer some of my tights!
The size difference isn't that noticeable, that's mainly why I got it.
Oh and I've been eyeing it every time I go to H&M!
I absolutely adore the look and the glossy wedge heel because it gives my outfit some personality

TOPS
Sunflower Turtle Neck Crop Top - Urban Behaviour $5
I am a complete sucker for any sunflower or daisy printed things.
When I saw this top that my friend, Austin showed me I absolutely had to get it.
The fact that it's a turtle neck too was a bonus!
I'm a little crazy about turtle necks. I mean who isn't?
They keep your neck freaking warm and it kind of gives off the "classy" or "mature" look.
This top is so ideal to wear in the spring and summer!
The colour of the sunflower will compliment the weather and since it's sleeveless it'll keep me cool!

ACCESSORIES
Black Retro Cat Eyed Sunnies - XXI $8
Maroon Cat Eyed Sunnies - H&M $7
Gold Lace Choker - XXI $10
I saw these sunnies at H&M and seriously I couldn't stop thinking about them.
I know I have been saying that a lot but it's so damn true!
Whenever I see something and I say "damn I need to get that," I end up getting it.
To me it makes my face look a little bit slimmer LOL(sigh).
What's awesome about these sunglasses is that they have gold tips at the end!
I couldn't take a picture, for that I apologize!
Ah yes, you guys probably already know these sunnies!
It's linked in my February Favourites down below if you scroll down!
I bought these the day after I got my maroon sunnies... HAHA!
Call me a shop-a-holic!

You know how they say that you're more likely to get something if someone else agrees with you?
This is the case for this necklace.
I still remember my reaction when I saw this.
I was in love with it but I was skeptical about the price.
However persuaded by the opinion from my friend, Michelle I decided to get it.
And I'm glad I got it because I was in need of a new necklace!
I purchased this with the retro sunnies!

White Crackled Stone Earrings - Ardene's $3
Diamond Shape Striped Patterned Earrings - Ardene's $3
Matte Gold Patterned Hoops - H&M $1
What a deal.
I honestly don't know what to call these earrings so I'm just labeling on their appearance.
I'm sure they have specific names but I honestly don't know.
I'm in love with these earrings, mostly because they were on sale LOL.
But also they're earrings I can wear when I do an up-do hairstyle!

Left: Different Patterned/Texture Gold Bangles $3
Right: Stretchy Gold Bracelets - H&M $2
I have gone back to wearing my arm candy and when I saw these I thought it would look great in my collection!
Not to mention their prices were a must have.
I guess I only buy for the price..? LOL
But really, these bracelets are cute and very easy to pair with an outfit!

COSMETICS
I went a little too happy on the nail-polish purchasing!
From left to right (Revlon) $4-5 each
020 - Pure Pearl
933 - Chameleon
220 - Enchanting
909 - Sheer Petal
917 - Plum Seduction
705 - Gray Suede
280 - Bubbly
410 - Dreamer
161 - Teak Rose
As you can tell majority of these colours are light and I pretty much bought them for the upcoming spring and summer!
The darker colours are the ones I'll be wearing when I'm feeling "meh" about certain days!

Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion (My mom gave it to me actually)
L'OREAL - Voluminous Mascara $7
Urban Decay - Make Up Setting Spray in Oil Control $15
Aveeno - Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15 $17
Crest 3D White Toothpaste $3
Wet & Wild - Walking on Eggshells Trio Eyeshadow $4
Most of these items were necessities
I'm back on that 3D teeth whitening because I just want my teeth to be whiter LOL.
This has been my 2nd bottle of Aveeno Positively Radiant Moisturizer and I really enjoy it.
It's very nice and light on the skin.

Maybelline 915 - Blushing Beige
I really think this colour would look awesome when the sun is out.
Lately over here the weather has been gloomy and I'm not able to whip out this nice colour.
Blushing Beige is a nice neutral lip colour.
It'll be awesome to wear with mostly my spring outfits!

Wet & Wild - Walking on Eggshells
I thought I would do a close up of the eyeshadow trio I got!
I have a great feeling that I'm going to be wearing this every day in spring.
The colours are not that harsh! It has the perfect light colour to it!
It's also very simple and easy to follow!
I think this will be the first eyeshadow trio(quad, duo etc) that I'll be using each colour that is recommended for which eye part!
I'll definitely do a make up look with this eyeshadow trio before Spring comes along!

There happens to be one more thing that I bought but I won't show that because I'm saving it for my upcoming room tour :)! As of now my room is completed until I go to IKEA to purchase my dresser! I might hold off with the room tour until I get that dresser but I might not!

I hope you guys enjoyed this really long post and I would love to hear about what you thought :)!
Till next time lovelies~

Denim Denim

OOTD
Denim Denim
Over Sized Collar Denim Jacket - Forever 21
Cream Floral Print on Black Button Up - Salvation Army(Thrift Store)
Boyfriend Jeans - Forever 21
Black & Gray Striped Socks - (Found them in my drawer)
Black Buckled Booties - Forever 21
Gray Print Vintage Scarf - Mom's

Again, another dominate Forever 21 outfit LOL ^_^;
For hair I stuck with the messy pony tail look because I just thought it worked well with my denim outfit.

I wanted to try the denim on denim look.
I know the denim on denim look can go both ways.
It can work or it cannot.
It definitely can work for starters
1) Just pick different shades of your denim
2) Make sure you have something printed
3) Have a neutral colour like black/gray/white for your top
4) Accessorize!
This look was inspired by this guy name Daniel
As soon as I saw how he made denim on denim work I just had to try it.
Oh and also the weather was disgusting outside so I thought denim was the best outfit to agree with the weather and how I was feeling about it.

Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
I'll see you around :*<3

Sunshine Class

OOTD
Sunshine Class
The weather was so amazing so I thought I'd whip out early spring outfits
Retro Black Sunglasses - Forever 21
Tan Spring Jacket - Forever 21
Black Cardigan - Forever 21
Gray Sleeveless Button Up - Salvation Army(Thrift store)
Black Skirt - Forever 21
Brown Sandal Heels - Forever 21
Reptile Strap Purse - H&M

LOL so I didn't know most of my outfit was Forever 21.
How ironic of me.

The colour I focused on in this outfit was pretty much: Brown, Black and Gray!
